What is Our Time? Can you sound like an elephant? Or hop like a bunny? Our Time encourages your child to uncover an engaging musical world while building self-confidence, self-control and communication skills. Creative movement to various musical moods develops a sense of balance, timing, and spatial awareness. We'll start with easily imitative words and motions then gradually introduce new games and songs that help a toddler learn to control their body, speak their mind, and guide them on the all-important search for independence.

Kindermusik Our Time is designed for children 20 months to 3 years of age. Along with accompanying adult, children will enjoy singing, moving, listening and interacting socially, and playing simple instruments. Exploration Time encourages a child's discovery of specially designed instruments, textures, sounds, and movements; language skills are fostered with singing, sound imitation, and vocal play; Music & Movement Story Time encourages emergent literacy skills; and creative dancing affirms a child's urge to move. Learn American Sign Language together to help communication, ease frustration, and support your child's developing language. This class meets weekly for 45-minutes. and is 16 weeks offered in the Spring and Fall. Two 5 week sessions are offered in the Summer.

Laugh, sing and dance to the music of silly sounds, funny words, wiggles and giggles! Join in a crazy band as you play your zig-zag blocks. Play an African American game-song “Peep Squirrel” and pretend to splash in the tub to “Wishy Washy Wee!”. The Home CD features new songs and all-time favorites to tickle your toddler’s imagination, coordination and listening skills. You’ll find multiple layers of learning to grow along with that busy body!
